CCS Plant Billing Integration

End-User License Agreement & Terms of Use

Effective Date: November 7, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CCS Plant Billing Integration (the “Application”), operated by Cornerstone Cleaning System (“CCS”).

The Application supports internal laundry processing operations, billing administration, invoice preparation, and integration with QuickBooks Online.

By connecting an authorized QuickBooks Online account to the Application, the account administrator agrees to these terms.

2. Authorized Use

The Application is intended for authorized CCS personnel and approved business administrators.

Users may access the Application to:

  • Review laundry production records and completed Property Work Orders.

  • Verify billable laundry weights, services, and treatment charges.

  • Review and approve billing information.

  • Create and manage invoices through authorized QuickBooks integrations.

  • Reconcile invoice and payment status with CCS operational records.

Users must not access accounts or information without appropriate authorization.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online using authorization provided by the QuickBooks account administrator.

Depending on the permissions granted, the Application may access customer information, products and services, invoices, and related accounting records necessary to support CCS billing operations.

QuickBooks access is subject to Intuit's applicable terms and policies.

CCS will not intentionally create duplicate invoices for the same approved billing transaction. Users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of billing information.

4. Billing and Payment Authorization

The Application is designed to support invoicing upon completion of authorized laundry services.

Any payment-processing functionality must operate through an authorized payment provider and is subject to applicable merchant agreements and customer payment authorization.

Connecting QuickBooks Online does not, by itself, authorize CCS to charge a payment method.

5. Data Accuracy and Responsibilities

Authorized CCS personnel are responsible for accurately recording services, inspecting operational exceptions, and approving billing adjustments.

The Application may maintain operational and billing records for tracking, reconciliation, and audit purposes.

6. Security and Access

Users must safeguard their login credentials and refrain from sharing access with unauthorized individuals.

CCS may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect business records, connected accounts, or system integrity.

7. Availability and Changes

CCS may update, maintain, or discontinue Application features as operational requirements change.

The Application is provided for business administration purposes. CCS does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Termination of Access

CCS may revoke a user's authorization to access the Application.

An authorized QuickBooks administrator may disconnect the Application through the applicable QuickBooks connection-management controls.

Disconnecting the Application does not automatically delete historical operational or accounting records that CCS is required or permitted to retain.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CCS is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use, inaccurate information entered by users, or interruptions involving third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
